Ernst-Kamieth-Square in the metropolitan area Halle-Leipzig
The year started successfully with the purchase of the imposing commercial building with ornamental gable and front garden in the Ernst-Kamieth-Straße in Halle. The former Reichsbahnamt and later bank building should now be converted into a spacious residential complex for students, commuters and families. Here a total useful area of over 3,600 m² is created. The urban district at the main station receives thus a substantial appreciation. Appropriately, the first plans for the redesign of the opposite Riebeckplatz, which make the district around the main station even more attractive and represent an extension of the city center.
