Munich: Samsung leases 8,000 square meters in the Bavaria Tower
Bayern Projekt GmbH was able to win the global group Samsung as another anchor tenant for the Bavaria Tower, which it developed. After completion of the space, the South Korean technology giant will successively move to around 8,000 square meters in the Sky Tower, which will serve as the new European headquarters after completion of the relocation from the Frankfurt region from 2020 onwards.
Samsung occupies a total of six floors in the Sky Tower, which at just under 84 meters in total height is the tallest tower in the four-part building ensemble. The company not only benefits from the first-class infrastructure of the campus, but also from one of Munich’s most spectacular panoramic views over the city and the Alpine foothills.
